Variant was hired by an Oregon developer to create a design for a townhome development that adds fun, a sense of place, and value to a typical development without inflating the construction cost.

Using materials and construction techniques typical to affordable housing construction, Variant sought to create the most striking, unique, and exciting design possible. A dramatic and inviting entry, combined with constantly changing color gives each home a sense of uniqueness, without adding complexity or visual clutter.
