MOUNTAIN HOUSE RENO

Variant was tasked to refresh a portion of a historic home in a mountain town in New Hampshire.

Starting from a kitchen, bathroom and storage hall that no longer met the needs of the owners, we reconfigured a portion of the house to provide a full bath, a much needed mudroom, and a refreshed kitchen with extra storage that is new, yet contextual to the historic character of the house. New windows and access to the front and back improves the access to the owner’s garden and porches.
